Ukraine’s State Bureau of Investigation boosts its international cooperation with Dutch Police

The EU Advisory Mission  (EUAM) supported a study visit of Ukrainian law-enforcement officers from the State Bureau of Investigation to the Netherlands last week, where they shared experience and coordinated their efforts in fighting organised, transnational and serious crimes.The top cyber-crime experts from the Netherlands Police shared their practices and hands-on experience on OSINT (Open-source intelligence), sting operations aimed at fighting organised and child abuse crimes, ransomware and the dark web related crimes.The Netherlands Police also presented their cooperation experience with volunteers, who contribute to cyber related investigations.  The visit was organised within the Support for Rule of Law Reforms in Ukraine in the areas of Police, Public Prosecution and Good Governance (PRAVO Police) programme is funded by the European Union and implemented by the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) in coordination with the EU Advisory Mission.
