Modern Tools for Modern Training: EUAM Ukraine Supports NAIA Knowledge Hub

March 20, 2026

On 20 March 2026, the European Union Advisory Mission (EUAM) Ukraine handed over IT equipment to the Knowledge Centre of the National Academy of Internal Affairs (NAIA), marking another step in supporting modern and effective education for Ukraine’s law enforcement community.

The provided equipment will contribute to the development of digital learning tools and enhance the Academy’s ability to deliver high-quality training. By strengthening the technological capacity of NAIA, EUAM Ukraine continues to support the professional development of future law enforcement officers and the broader reform of Ukraine’s civilian security sector.

The handover took place alongside a meeting with the Academy’s leadership, where both sides reaffirmed their strong partnership and shared commitment to ongoing reforms. Discussions focused on the importance of modernising educational approaches and ensuring that training institutions are equipped to respond to current challenges.

EUAM Ukraine remains committed to supporting sustainable development within its partner institutions, with a particular focus on building resilient, transparent, and capable security services.

The Head of Mission, Rolf Holmboe expressed appreciation to Rector Ruslan Serbyn for his leadership and continued support, Vice-Rector Stanislav Mozol for his active engagement and coordination, as well as to the NAIA International Cooperation Department for their effective organisation and ongoing collaboration.
