October 13, 2015
Today, the European Union Advisory Mission (EUAM) Ukraine assisted the National Anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) with the set-up of the IT infrastructure  by handing over 18 computers (lap- und desktops). During the handover meeting, Gizo Uglava, Deputy Head  of NABU, expressed his appreciation for the EUAM support and hoped for a future fruitful cooperation with the Mission.

Harald Ciarlo, Strategic Prosecutorial Reform Adviser of EUAM, in his turn, reassured Mr. Uglava that NABU remains one of the Mission’s priority partner and that EUAM will definitely continue supporting the agency in its difficult, but very important task for Ukraine. He also said“Although strategic advice is the main focus of EUAM activities, today the Mission is contributing with physical IT equipment to the work of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine. We hope that these computers will facilitate the work of the detectives.”
