EUAM completes a series of management and communication skills training for managers of Ukraine’s Ministry of Internal Affairs administrative service centres

October 20, 2016 EUAM recently completed a series of management and communication skills training sessions for managers of Ukraine’s Ministry of Internal Affairs (MoIA) administrative service centres. There are 26 regional service centres, and 148 territorial service centres, spread across Ukraine, plus a main service centre in Kyiv, that deal with matters such as driving licences, vehicle registration, certificates for transport of dangerous goods. One of the main reform goals for MoIA is the development of a service-based operating model focused on solving issues faced by the community. The MoIA administrative services system is in the process of reform – strengthening professional ethics and anti-corruption, developing client-oriented practices, focusing on the delivery of services in a professional, transparent, convenient and efficient way. The training was delivered on four occasions over two days each time, with a total of 52 participants: 26 managers of the main service centre and 26 directors of regional service centres. This is what some of them had to say about the training programme.
