Recent public survey results show that the levels of public trust in Ukraine’s main criminal-justice players – police, prosecutors, judges – have not improved, and actually decreased, since Maidan. The hopes raised then have not been fulfilled, and understandably, people are frustrated.

Twenty-four staff from Ukraine’s Civilian Security Sector complete EUAM ‘Leading the Change’ programme

The 2018 edition of EUAM’s ‘Leading the Change’ programme has been completed. This involved intensive training for 24 staff in various civilian security sector institutions, covering modules such as change management, public policy, analytical decision making, innovative thinking, human rights, and strategic communication. These are the people who drive reforms within their organisations. The good governance programme was tailored to create a community of practitioners with a common vision for reforms.
